Welcome to the Linguistic Society of America‘s ethics committee blog. It has been used recently to elicit feedback on the Society’s professional ethics statement; we have now started to publish case studies, links to papers, as well as further discussion points drawn from the ethics statement and elsewhere. We aim to have one or two posts a week on various topics.

- The draft ethics statement and its background are still on the site.
- We welcome questions, case studies and other suggestions for discussion points. You can leave (anonymous) comments here or you are welcome to email Claire Bowern (firstname.lastname@yale.edu).
This blog is maintained by Claire Bowern and Tanya Matthews on behalf of the LSA’s ethics commiittee.
